Dr. Hasty attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his formal education, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982, Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1986, and a Master of Science degree in 1989. He joined Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics in 1989 and was Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 1996.

He enjoys boating with his wife Tasha and twin sons Patrick and Graham. In his “next life,” he will return as a middle school basketball coach. Go Tarheels!
